Here are more details about the session which is set to take place on Saturday.
- I'll station myself at the open space classroom found the ground floor; look for the tall guy in case your parents have never met or seen me before.
- I'll be making myself available as early as 7.30am.
- Each parent(s) will be given a queue number; it'll be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Upon receiving the queue number, please let your parents know that should they expect a long wait, they're encouraged to meet your MT teachers (do let them know who your MT teachers are!)
- Each parent(s) will be given a maximum of 5 minutes; the reason being I'm expecting to have 20+ parents who want to speak with me and by 9.15am (the latest), I have to pause any form of dialogue and invite all parents to head to the school hall for the important briefing on PSLE-related matters. This I sought your co-operation (kids, if you're reading this, please help me to relay this to your parents)
- However, should there be any parents whom I've yet to meet or wish to have further conversations, I'm still available until 12.30pm ... that is provided such parents have no plans to attend the workshop which is set to occur after the reception (yes, there's food!)
- Finally I look forward to a fruitful, positive and constructive session with your parents and guardians.
- Any comments or questions?
